Trans Central: The Dolls Are Coming

MERMAID BEACH, QLD — The Gold Coast is set to shine with this weekend's Pride marathon continued, a celebration of our transgender brothers and sisters on Friday, June 21, hosted at Hairy Mary’s, 7 Surfers Avenue Mermaid Beach. 

The free-entry event will be headlined by trans icon Tall Jan (@theetalljan), alongside dazzling performances from Scottish Pop Star Bebe Amadeus (@bebeamedeus) and the gorgeous Alexis Diamond(@alexisdiamondsofficial). The reported vixen of mixin’ DJ Beksis (@djbeksis) will be keeping the dancefloor alive and sweaty into the night.

Presented in partnership with Trans Coast, a local non-profit support network for transgender people on the Gold Coast, the evening promises a welcoming, inclusive space for all. Attendees can expect bold performances, a tasty dinner menu that boasts a meatball sub and vegan burger, and friendly vibes from Hairy Mary’s staff.
